Staff Pastors
Staff pastors are men and women who oversee a group of ministries within the church. They are selected by the Leadership Pastors based on the evidence of commitment and leadership qualities in their ministry involvement at LifeSource. Their role is to help develop the ministry leader and provide direction for ministry development. Staff pastors work directly with the Leadership Pastoral Team regarding communication, oversight, and accountability with the individual ministries.
