Business Owner & Leader Ministry

Lead with excellence. Lead with faith. Transform your business and deepen your relationship with God.

Being a business owner or senior leader can feel lonely, overwhelming, and isolating.

You're carrying the weight of employees who depend on you for their livelihoods. Customers trust you to deliver. Investors expect results. Your family needs you present, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

Every decision ripples through dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of lives. The buck stops with you. And while you desperately want to honor God in your leadership and integrate your faith into your business practices, the relentless pressures of the marketplace seem to pull you in the opposite direction.

You know there has to be a better way to lead; one that doesn't require you to compartmentalize your faith or sacrifice your values on the altar of success.

When Faith and Business Feel Like They're at War

Without trusted peers who truly understand both the spiritual and business challenges you face, the isolation becomes crippling:

Spiritually, you're drifting

The demands of running a business consume your time and energy, leaving little for prayer, Bible study, or meaningful fellowship. You feel guilty about missing church, rushed through devotions, and disconnected from the God you want to serve through your business.

Emotionally, you're exhausted

The burden of leadership weighs heavier each day. You carry the stress of payroll, the pressure of performance, and the responsibility of people's futures; all while trying to maintain strength for your family and faith community.

Ethically, you're compromising

Without wise, faith-centered counsel, you find yourself making decisions that feel "necessary for business" but leave you spiritually unsettled. The gray areas multiply, and you're not sure where biblical principles apply in complex business situations.

Relationally, you're isolated

Your employees can't fully understand your perspective. Your family may not grasp the complexities you face. Even fellow church members, with the best of intentions, offer advice that sounds spiritual but lacks business reality.

The Result?

Too many Christian leaders burn out completely, compromise their values gradually, or find themselves succeeding in business while failing in their spiritual walk.

You end up with a profitable company but a parched soul, wondering if it's really possible to thrive in both areas.

But what if it didn't have to be this way?

The Solution:

You Don't Have to Choose Between Success and Faithfulness

That's exactly why our church has partnered with Truth At Work, a proven ministry designed specifically for Christian business owners and leaders who refuse to compartmentalize their faith.

For over two decades, Truth At Work has been quietly revolutionizing how Christian leaders approach business.

Through carefully crafted peer advisory groups, you'll finally sit around a table with leaders who don't just understand your business challenges, they understand the spiritual weight of leadership.

Here's what makes this different from every other business group you've considered:

Real Challenges, Real Faith, Real Solutions

This isn't surface-level networking or feel-good encouragement. You'll wrestle with the actual ethical dilemmas keeping you awake at night, the difficult employee situations, the competitive pressures, the financial decisions that test your values. All within a framework of biblical wisdom and practical business experience.

Biblical Truth That Actually Works in Boardrooms

You'll discover how Scripture applies to modern business challenges in ways that are both authentic and effective. Learn to make decisions that honor God while building a sustainable, profitable business, because you don't have to choose between faithfulness and success.

Confidential Community That Gets It

Experience the relief of speaking openly about your struggles with leaders who share both your faith and your business acumen. These aren't theoretical discussions, they're real conversations between people fighting the same battles you face every day.

Accountability That Transforms, Not Condemns

Receive gentle but firm accountability to stay strong in your faith while building a healthier business. Your group members will celebrate your victories, support you through failures, and challenge you to become the leader God has called you to be.

Practical Growth in Both Areas: Success and Faithfulness

Walk away from every meeting with specific, actionable steps to apply biblical principles to your current business challenges.
Watch as your business grows more sustainable and your relationship with God deepens simultaneously.

This is not networking, it's transformation

Let's be crystal clear:

This is not another networking group where you exchange business cards and talk about quarterly projections.

This is a confidential, Christ-centered community for business owners and leaders who are serious about integrating their faith with their professional calling.

Monthly peer advisory group meetings

Sit with 8-12 carefully selected Christian business leaders who share your commitment to faith-based leadership. Each meeting is structured around real challenges, biblical principles, and practical solutions.

Biblically-Based Leadership Content

Access proven curriculum that bridges the gap between Scripture and modern business practices. Learn to lead with both wisdom and effectiveness.

A Safe Space for Honest Conversation

Finally speak openly about the pressures, temptations, and challenges you face without judgment or empty platitudes. Experience the freedom that comes from authentic Christian fellowship.

Support from Leaders Who Share Your Values

Build relationships with people who understand that profit and purpose aren't mutually exclusive, and who will support you in pursuing both with integrity.

The next cohort begins soon, and space is intentionally limited to maintain the intimate, confidential nature of these groups.

Take the Next Step

You don't have to carry the weight of leadership alone.

You don't have to choose between faithfulness and success.

You don't have to figure out how to integrate your faith and business by trial and error.

The path to transformation is clear. The community is ready.

The only question is:
Will you take the first step?

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Business Owner / Business Leader Ministry?
It’s a confidential peer advisory group where Christian business owners and leaders meet monthly to share challenges, seek wise counsel, and grow in both faith and business.
Who is this group for?
Business owners, senior leaders, and executives who want to integrate biblical principles into their leadership and decision-making.
How is this different from a typical networking group?
This is not about exchanging business cards or sales leads. It’s about building trusted relationships, accountability, and applying God’s Word to real business challenges.
What happens in a typical meeting?
Each group meets monthly for half a day. Members share their business and personal challenges, receive feedback and counsel, and discuss practical ways to apply biblical wisdom to leadership.
Is this program really confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is one of the core values. Members can be honest and open without fear that what they share will leave the room.
Do I have to be a business owner to join?
Not necessarily. Senior leaders and executives in key leadership roles are also welcome. The key requirement is a desire to align your leadership with biblical principles.
How much does it cost?
There is a membership fee to cover program resources and facilitation, but the value comes in the relationships, accountability, and biblical wisdom you gain. Contact us directly for details.
How is faith integrated into the group?
Every meeting is Christ-centered, Scripture is part of the conversation, and prayer is a regular practice. The focus is on leading with a biblical worldview.
How do I get started?
Reach out through the contact form. We’ll connect with you, answer your questions, and help you take the next step.
How big are the groups?
Groups are intentionally kept small, usually 8–12 members, to allow for deeper trust, discussion, and accountability.
Who leads the group?
Each group is facilitated by a trained leader who ensures the meeting stays Christ-centered, structured, and valuable for everyone.
Do I have to be a member of this church to join?
No. While the group is hosted by our church, business leaders from the broader community are welcome to participate.
What kind of time commitment is required?
Most groups meet once a month for about half a day. Members are also encouraged to stay connected outside of meetings as needed.
What types of industries are represented?
Members come from a wide variety of businesses, from blue-collar trades and small business owners to professional services and corporate leadership. This diversity strengthens the group by bringing multiple perspectives.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit for me?
That’s okay. We’re happy to have a conversation first to answer questions and help you decide if this is a good next step.
What kind of commitment do I need to make in order to join a peer advisory group?
Peer advisory groups tend to develop strong connections and deep trust between members.  We ask that you commit to attending each monthly meeting throughout the year.  We understand that sometimes circumstances can interfere, but regular attendance is essential to get the greatest value from your group.
Is this a Bible study or a business seminar?
It’s neither. This is a peer advisory group, a blend of both faith and business. Scripture is applied directly to leadership and business challenges, but the format is interactive, not lecture-based.
What if I don’t feel “spiritual enough” or “successful enough” to join?
That’s a common concern, but these groups are not about perfection. They’re about being real, growing in Christ, and supporting one another as leaders.

Can women join the group?
Yes. This ministry is open to both men and women who are business owners or senior leaders.

What happens if I miss a meeting?
Life and business happen. We strongly encourage consistent attendance for your benefit and the group’s, but missing occasionally is understood.

Is there a long-term commitment?
Most members find long-term value and stay in groups for years, but the initial commitment is usually one year. That allows enough time to experience real growth and connection.

How does this connect with the larger Truth At Work ministry?
One of our executive pastors, Sean Graver, is also a chapter president with Truth At Work, a national ministry serving Christian business leaders across the country. You’ll benefit from proven content and a community larger than just our local group.

Where are the meetings held?
Each monthly meeting is held at the Journey Center in Lindale TX.  The Journey Center is a multi-tenant ministry facility located at 215 W. Margaret St.
